The most important information for guests

All units located at Royal Smart Apartments Krakow are equipped with kitchenettes, balconies, and bathrooms.

Guests receive fresh linens, towels, and hotel soaps with their reservation.

A travel cot (without linens) can be added to the room upon request.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.

Check-in is via a key locker access code, which is sent to the guest's email address or mobile phone the day before arrival.

Guests can use the underground parking lot after contacting the staff and paying for a designated parking space according to the current price list.

We also invite you to use the on-site laundry and drying room. The laundry room is self-service and access is granted upon request. The laundry room has three washing machines and three drying machines.

- Two-day access: PLN 20

- Weekly access: PLN 40
